About Zozibini (from Miss Universe)
Zozibini is a passionate activist and engaged in the fight against gender-based violence. She has devoted her social media campaign to shaping the narrative around gender stereotypes. She is a proud advocate for natural beauty and encourages women to love themselves the way they are.
Tunzi was born in Tsolo, Eastern Cape, and raised in the nearby village of Sidwadweni. Tunzi later moved to Cape Town, settling in the Gardens suburb to attend the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in public relations and image management in 2018.
Before winning Miss South Africa, Tunzi was completing a Bachelor of Technology graduate degree in public relations management at Cape Peninsula University of Technology and worked as a graduate intern in the public relations department of Ogilvy Cape Town.
